Community Membership eligibility

Benefits and discount

The BlueLA Community Membership is available to qualifying low-income individuals. The following benefits and discounts will apply:

  • 80% off membership fee (=$1 per month)
  • 25% off rental fee (=15¢ per minute)


Eligibility requirements

Please review the following criteria to see if you qualify fot the BlueLA Community Membership.
Individuals will be required to provide proof of eligibility during registration. You qualify if:

1) Your household's total annual gross income is at or less than the following limits, and you are able to provide proof of income:

Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations

Notice of Action OR FDPIR participation document (benefit card) OR Benefits Letter or official notice of eligibility

Other Public Award/Benefit

Proof must have the recipient’s name, address and effective dates of award. May not be accepted if proof is inadequate.
